Please note that no Individual or team entries will be accepted on the day,. Changing, declarations and Presentations at the Royal West of Scotland Boat Club, Greenock (Gourock end of Esplanade), from 11am. The organising club, Inverclyde AC, will post race maps in the changing and declaration areas and at the start area in the Battery Park. Race start times - Fun runs Ages 5-8. 11:00 Boys U11 1mile 12 noon Girls U11 1mile 12.15 NB U11s must be minimum age 9 years on the day of the race. U13 Boys and Girls 2 miles 12.30 U15 Boys and Girls 2 miles 13.00 U17 Men and Women 3 miles 13.30 Sen Men and Senior Women (incl U20s) 5 miles 14.00 Declarations. All young athletes 11-12noon, Seniors 12.00-13.30 Presentations .. Young Athletes 2pm .. Seniors after 3.30pm Note that the races for the younger age groups will be within the confines of Battery Park Please help the organisation of the Championships by entering before the closing date. In order to assist with race admin, could each club, if possible provide race stewards. If you can, please advise Gerry Gaffney of the host club of any names. Thanks.

Entry Fee £2 Seniors, £1 Juniors
This is a district event between Renfrewshire clubs including – Inverclyde, Greenock Glenpark, Bellahouston Road Runners, Bellahouston Harriers and Giffnock North AC
There will be presentations for individual and team places.

Championship age groups depending on your age on 1st September 2019 – please note these are different to the winter Indoor age groups! Must be at least age 9 on the day!
