Sportshall Athletics Challenge We have been invited to join Inverclyde AC in the next event in the #clubsworkingtogether program This is a winter indoor Sportshall event which will incorporate events such as Obstacle relay Standing Long Jump Standing Triple Jump Speed Bounce Vertical Jumps Vortex Throw Chest Push Shot Putt Indoor clothes, and trainers required for this event There are 2 age groups, Aged 8 & Under 11 (who must have been aged 9 or 10 on 1 sept 2019) First Events. 1pm Presentation approx’ 3:15pm Relays - Medal to Top team. Male & female in each age group. Jumps & Throws - Medal to best performance Male & female in each age group. Team Competition - Small trophy for Best Team Performance
