Camp notes

Entry is free.
Please email jasonpender64@outlook.com with your Park Run 5km time. If you haven't done one email Jason with your estimate 5km or 10km time or any race you have done in 2022.
First runner is away at 1.30pm followed by faster runners. The handicapper will aim to have all runners finish at the same time.
Please arrive about 1pm to collect your number and starting handicap.
The course is approximately 4.5 miles.
Please bring an unwrapped prize of about £5.oo in value (£10 max). Winner receives the trophy. Finishers get choice of prizes in order or first home first choice and so on.
